Summary of Session

Over the past 20 years the use of Advanced Analytics has expanded exponentially and is expected to reach 35ZetaBytes by 2020.

This data explosion, combined with affordable IoT and Advanced Analytics is gaining momentum towards adopting the technology and within the FM industry. What are the opportunities, challenges and for Facilities Management and how can facilities benefit of it?

Presenter Short Biography

Holsters has over 15 years of experience working in facilities management and construction in Europe and the Middle East across various roles within operations, planning and financial oversight.

Holsters has worked for Cofely Services in Belgium from 2004-2009, before moving to the Middle East. He joined Engie Cofely in 2009 as Facility Manager of the Burj Khalifa for a period of 3 years and moved to Qatar in September 2012 as Lead Project Manager for the Qatar National Convention Center. In 2014, Holsters returned to the UAE as Operations Manager for Engie Cofely, and also headed the Energy Services, ESCO & Renewables department. Since January 2019 Holsters assumes the role of General Manager for Engie Cofely UAE.
